Surprise Valley has a Recreation Area with a Clubhouse, Swimming Pool and Tennis Courts.  The Recreation Area has separate Bylaw for its non-profit Corporation.  That Bylaw follows the HOA Bylaw in the Bylaw the Bylaw Document.
