Desert Botanical Garden – Huge collection of cactus and desert plants. Chihuly glass art on display adds to the experience.
Taliesin West – Frank Lloyd Wright’s (1867-1959) beloved winter home and desert laboratory was established in 1937 and diligently handcrafted over many years. The Chihuly displays add and interesting element to the visit.
Chihuly in the Desert – Dale Chihuly returns to the Sonoran Desert with a stunning new exhibition at two of Arizona’s most iconic venues, Desert Botanical Garden and Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin West. The exhibit is here through June 19.
Musical Instrument Museum – The World’s Only Global Musical Instrument Museum. MIM has a collection of more than 8,000 instruments from more than 200 world countries.
The Phoenix Zoo, Martin Auto Museum, and the Buddy Stubbs Motorcycle Museum round out our visit to Phoenix.
